Pumpkin Time

Nick took a lot of time on his pumpkin, and still has one to come. I on the other hand, got bored after my first one (the stars) and hence the messy 678. This is a yearly tradition, we are the only family on th block with pumpkins, and one of the only families with no children to carve their own. No one set an age limit that I am aware of.

New to the Scene

2008 has been the year of change. At the end of 2007 Nick and I bought our first home together, and are still enjoying every minute of home ownership. 2008 Started off great, in February, I took advantage of the leap year tradition, and asked Nick to marry me. Of course he said yes, and we started planning a wedding. We were married in June making the official date ...678... After the wedding things returned to normal with the summer in full swing. I cannot believe how fast his year has gone. We are enjoying wedded bliss, and in December we will celebrate our first 6 months as husband and wife.
I am also excited as my best friend is moving back to within driving distance after almost being gone for a year. Life is on the upswing, and everything is falling into place.
